I have PCOS as well, and didn't do well on Yaz. I was tired of bleeding constantly & irregulary so I went on the shot & off of everything else. It has been more than a year now, and I have since stopped the shot as well - since doing that I have had a "normal" period 3-5 days long every month. I will admit that I have no idea how or why it worked out this way...But it did. I NEVER had a normal period before starting & stopping the shot.
