To treat chlamydia with Amoxil (amoxicillin), you can take 500mg once a day for 7 days. You shouldnt take Amoxil if you're allergic or sensitive to penecillins.To treat chlamydia with Zithromax (azithromycin) you can take a single dose of 1 gram.For Doryx, Vibramycin, Vibra-tabs (doxycycline) you would take 100mg twice a day for 7 days. For E-base, Erythromycin, EES, EryPed (erythromycin) you would take 500mg every 6 hours for 7 days. For Levaquin (levofloxacin), 500mg once a day for 7 days. For Floxin (ofloxacin), 300mg every 12 hours for 7 days.Assuming you are otherwise perfectly healthy with no known drug allergies, it would be fine to self treat, in my opinion. If thats the route you're going to go regardless of anyones attempts to encourage you to see a doctor, be informed, double check everything look up information for yourself and make an informed decision. A doctor would test you for STDs, check your history and prescribe something if the results came back positive. I think the most important thing in this situation is to not overdose. And also, take a full course of the antibiotic you chose, if you don't you could give the remaining bacteria a chance to make a rebound in numbers and reinfect you. I personally would go with the single dose, so i wouldnt have to worry about continuing it.I am NOT a doctor, obviously. And I'm only providing you with information. Not suggesting that this is the route you should go. Good luck.

I don't even know your medical health history, ex: what medications you're allergic to and you don't even have a test result to confirm you have chlamydia. I know the right antibiotic for chlamydia but I feel it's best for you to find out by your doctor, tell him your symptoms, get tested, and be treated by a professional doctor. Take care.

Ok this is pretty complicated but it helped me clear up an std I got without going to the doctor and it was recommended to me by a friend. First go buy some lye at the store. You put this on your genital area to make sure it's clean then you run hot water over it. Enough so it will turn red but not enough so that it actually scalds you. After that you put an antiseptic on it and let it soak for thirty minutes. Do this for a week and it should clear right up.
