Reading the symptoms you're describing, it sounds like you legitimately have some type of anxiety or panic disorder. Is there a reason your doctor hasn't referred you to a psychiatrist for evaluation? Supplements are generally useless. Their claims aren't monitored or verified by the FDA, and as I far as I know of there's no supplement that's been shown to effectively treat anxiety. Remember, even if something is "clinically proven" to work, that doesn't tell you how effective it is. It could be something has minor as a 1 percent improvement. Is that a result you're willing to throw your money away on? That's just my two cents. Since that wasn't really an answer to your question, you could try looking in to the following:Valerian Root, 5-HTP, L-Tyrosine, GABA....The last three are amino acids involved in the synthesis and production of brain chemicals serotonin and dopamine, which help out with feelings of well-being ,contentment, and concentration. No guarantee of their effectiveness, however.

A good multivitamin with b complex, calcium and magnesium, vitamin c. omega three fatty acids, l-theanine, the herb albizzia-you will probably need the tincture and will need to use a bottle a week. passionflower, phosphatidylserine,gaba and l-tyrosine-this helps those with depression and helps with alertness.CoQ10 is good 200-400mg a day.

I suffer from the same thing and find that the most helpful have been Omega 3 pills and vitamin B complex. Also good is valerian root.
