I have e-mailed Thai immigration and the US embassy in Thailand and no one replied to my question. I have also been all over the internet looking for the answer, but no luck. If anyone actually knows the answer (not just making an educated guess), please respond ASAP. I am traveling later this week.

I've been in and out of Thailand a lot with Wellbutrin and Lamictal with no problem at all. Keep them in the original bottle. Have the receipt from the pharmacy if possible and a copy of the doctor's prescription. Carry all of these things on the plane with you, as both as I know at least Wellbutrin is hard to find there should you lose it, and I don't think Remeron is available at all. They may open it and look at the pills, but that only happened to me once, and it was fine. Enjoy your trip!

If you are bringing in prescription drugs, be sure they are in their prescription bottles, and ask your doctor for a note detailing the drugs you are taking.

you can take any medication prescribed for you, as long as it is in it's original container, with the label that has your name and drug name and dose and frequency.do not take 100 pills if you only need 14 for use during the trip.

I have taken prescription meds into Thailand with no problems. (from Australia)Get a letter from your doctor detailing that they are prescription meds and why you need them. That is usually suffice - although you are unlikely to be asked to show it.Just take them enough for the trip. Taking more than you will need may raise suspicions (may be you want to take them there to seel for cheap?)Hope this helps
